Our Keats Residence project consists of a staged renovation to an existing 2 storey home within the traditional character zoning in Cannon Hill. The first stage includes adding much needed amenity in a self contained guest suite downstairs along with an office and a renovated upstairs bathroom. A staged approach allowed the clients to ensure that they didn’t over commit financially in an uncertain market whilst still ensuring that each aspect of the design was considered and executed to a high level of finish.
